The scheme is governed by a set of rules submitted to and approved by the Registrar for Medical Schemes. All terms and conditions are set out in detail in the rules of the scheme, which can be viewed at the office of the administrator, Universal Healthcare Administrators. The rules of the scheme always apply during a dispute resolution.
