Standard Exclusions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Riots,\u00a0wars, political acts, terrorism or related acts<\/p>\n

– Things that happen for which the damage is covered by law<\/p>\n

– Nuclear related<\/p>\n

– Nationalisation, confiscation, commandeering or requisition by any lawfully constituted authority<\/p>\n

– Stoppage or slowing down of work, process or operation<\/p>\n

– Illness or injury as a result of the influence of alcohol \/ drugs<\/p>\n

– Any loss arising from any contractual liability<\/p>\n

– Consequential loss or damage except as we specifically insure<\/p>\n

– Any\u00a0condition, sickness, disease, pregnancy or injury following or associated with an event not covered by this policy such as, but not limited to, participation in a hazardous sport or any sport where a fee or benefit in kind received, either directly or indirectly for playing or training or in the work place<\/p>\n

– Any claim which, in the opinion of Resolution Underwriters, is associated with any illness or injury for which a claim has previously been paid out under this policy<\/p>\n

– Any Pre-existing conditions that have been specifically excluded<\/p>\n

– Deliberate self-injury or attempted suicide<\/p>\n

– Treatment\u00a0for obesity or infertility<\/p>\n

– AIDS, HIV or any related illness<\/p>\n

– Regular or routine medical treatment and advice<\/p>\n

– In respect of the Disability Benefits arising directly or indirectly from or traceable to the Insured being affected (temporarily or otherwise) by alcohol or drugs other than prescribed by a medical practitioner<\/p>\n
